Ingredients
Chicken breast 1 (cut into 4 pieces)
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp (coarsely grounded)
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic Sauce
Potatoes 1 (boiled)
Green chilli 1
Garlic cloves 8
Yogurt 1 cup
Blend all ingredients in a sauce form.
Method
- Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and ginger paste and leave overnight in the fridge.
- Add marinated chicken to the heated oil and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add half a cup of water, cover and cook till the chicken is done.
- Put chicken on a platter, and pour garlic sauce on it.
