Ingredients
Peaches 1 Tin
Thickened Cream 1 packet
Brown Sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla Essence 1/3 tsp
Icing Sugar 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C.
- Whip the cream. Put the icing sugar inside after it solidifies into a pack. Add vanilla extract.
- Drain the liquid from the peaches and slice them. Spread them in an ovenproof dish. Reserve some for decoration.
- On top of the cream, sprinkle the brown sugar.
- Evenly cover the peaches with whipped cream.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven until the sugar melts.
- After it becomes light golden, refrigerate it for one hour.
- Decorate the dish with reserved peaches and serve.
