Ingredients
Step 1
Flour
1 ¼ cup
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Cadbury drinking chocolate powder 3/4 cup
Step 2
Melted Butter
3/4 cup
Grounded Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
For Sauce
Heavy cream
1 cup
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp or as per taste
Chocolate Powder 2 tbsp or as per taste
Walnuts Optional
Instructions
- Mix both steps in a separate bowl.
- Combine the two batters.
- Pour it into a Pyrex dish after gently mixing it without beating.
- Bake it for 8 to 10 minutes in a microwave oven.
- Top it with chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Sause Preparation
- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the heavy cream in a small saucepan. Take care to prevent it from boiling.
- To the cream, add the sugar and chocolate powder, and whisk constantly until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add walnuts as much as you want.
- Allow the chocolate sauce to cool slightly before serving.
- Drizzle the sauce over the brownie and enjoy.
